I was a bit late getting out so had to hurry on the ride out. Lucky was able to ride with someone else to the Isle de Barbe and there was still a bit of a headwind.
17m26 for the climb at a VAM of 750 at 173bpm, just over 50s off my PR. The wall at the end was hard. The climb is 3km at 7%. The cycle path at Fontaine sur Saône is finished but just before the bridge a section is still being worked on with a band of sand down the middle. The St Fortunat road on the descent is also closed which means a detour via the Hospital.
